Beach Trip

We had a great time on a last minute trip to the beach last week. The weather was absolutely perfect, except that the ocean was still chilly (unless you asked Tyler, who thought the ocean was a blast- I felt bad for daddy who had to keep getting in the frigid water, however I don't think Jamie minded too much :)) Tyler definitely had the time of his life playing in the pool, building sand castles, riding bikes on the beach and jumping the waves in the ocean. It also didn't hurt that he got to sleep with Nana every night! Luke is doing great, we had a check up last week and he weighed in at exactly ten pounds and the doctor said he looks great. Gracious, all I know is we are so very blessed!!!

Our Newest Addition!!!

So I am officailly six weeks behind on blogging but I thought I would go ahead and officially introduce Luke Joseph. He arrived on March 15, although it seems like he has been a part of our lives forever already :) He weighed 7 pounds 2 ounces when he was born and was 21 inches long. The birthing process was amazing and everything went very smoothly. He is doing great and is growing like crazy. Big brother Tyler is absolutely crazy about him and loves on him every chance he gets. I kept thinking that was going to wear off, but so far it hasn't. Here are some pictures from the first couple of weeks.
