If this bib does not say it all for Thanksgiving this year (it says I'm Thankful for Daddy)!
O'Neal teaching Pops a thing or two about football!
All smiles!!!
We have had a fun week hanging out with cousins- especially the Graham/Sullivan clan as they have been staying in Jefferson. Mark got in this morning- it was so wonderful to see him. We are so thankful that he made it here safely and now he will get to spend some quality time with all the kids and Lesley. Speaking of being thankful- we had Jamie's six-week follow up with the neuro-surgeon this morning and he said Jamie looked great and that he would see him back in a year- YAY!!!

An Especailly Thankful Thanksgiving

Robin and Christopher are proud parents to C.J. - born November 21. He weighed in at 8lbs.13 oz. and was 21 inches long. He is a beautiful little (well, not so little!) guy and we are all so happy for them!
Ella and Tyler at dinner after C.J.'s arrival. We have to show them the ropes that our family always celebrates by eating :)
C.J.'s fan club :)

Tyler and his girlfriend Molly at Kindermusik.

What could preface Thanksgivng more appropriately than the introduction of a precious new member of the family. C.J. made his grade entrance into the world this afternoon- he has a head full of dark hair and I definitely think he looks like Christopher!
We have been keeping pretty busy around here. We went to see the Blue Man Group last weekend which was a really neat show. I asked Jessica on the way there if she thought I would think it was boring, and she was definitely right when she said that you could not get bored watching a performance by this group. It was a great night out on the town!
Tyler had fun at Kindermusik- he and his little girlfriend Molly were holding hands and were both very entertained by the music.
Tomorrow will be Thanksgiving and we have more to be thankful for this year than ever before! Jamie is doing great, we have a beautiful, healthy son and we have a family unlike any other :)
Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!

Fun Times!

All ready for a walk to the barn :)
My sweet boy!
Tyler watching the Georgia game- check out his new jersey thanks to Claudia and Beth :)

And introducing our UGA cheerleader!
Tyler providing half-time entertainment!

We could not be more thrilled to have heard the finalization news on Friday that Ella is officially part of the family! We all went to dinner to celebrate this precious gift from God. On the way home from dinner Friday night I was thinking about the past year of ups and downs that Amy, Rick, Evan and Ella have expereinced (and all the rest of us- because you know us Bauer women we are as emotional as they come!) and what an inspiration they have been to all of us. When some people would have questioned God's reasons for things happening in what we saw as unfair ways- their faith only grew stronger and now they have the most precious gift possible- I have truly been amazed by their strength.

Christopher getting in some last minute practice before baby CJ enters the world. Keep Robin, Christopher, and CJ in your prayers the next couple of weeks as he will he here soon!
Trey playing at dinner- what a cutie!

Tyler playing- he is just getting more interactive everyday!

We have had a great past week- just enjoying life being back to normal :) Tyler had his first visit with Santa Claus - I know it is early, but we were at the Jefferson Marketplace and Santa was greeting everyone so we took the opportunity to meet him! Tyler was absolutely mesmerized by him, especailly his beard!
Jamie is doing great- he is just about back to his old self. The headaches are gradually getting better, his balance is back to normal and he feels good overall. He has starting to work again and although he is worn out by the end of the day, everyday is a little better :)

Happy Halloween!

Jaxon and Hope came over to visit Wednesday afternoon before trick or treating- it was so good to see the two of them.
Tyler looking at his new book from Nana :)
Ashley and Tyler love books- it is so much fun to read to the two of them!

Our masterpieces! Leave a comment as to which pumpkin you like best- we did not have any un-biased judges present :)

Our little pumpkin!
The sweet kitty and cool motocross rider.

We had a wonderful halloween trick or treating, carving pumpkins (I know it was a little late-but life has not exactly been normal and on schedule around here lately!) Emily, John, Wylie, and Ashley joined us at mom and dad's house for dinner and festivites. Of course mom had everything decked out down to the eye-ball cupcakes and each of the kids a halloween bag filled with toys and books. After pizza he hit the neighborhood to gather some candy. Jamie did not make it out in the neighborhood to trick or treat- but he wanted to know where Tyler's candy was when we got back- I didn't know you were supposed to collect candy for a seven month old :) Here are some pictures of the motocross rider, cute kitty, and our little pumpkin.

Once Wylie said he was tired and ready to go back to Bobbie's house we headed home for a pumpkin carving contest. Check out the pumpkins and let us know which one you think should win the prize!

Jamie is still improving every day- we were so thankful to all be together having fun on halloween. Three weeks ago I would not have believed that he would be carving pumpkins and entertaining the kids - man does it make you appreciate the simple joys in life!

Our family

We have enjoyed keeping up with family and friends through their blogs so much lately that I decided to do one for our family. Tyler was born on March 25, 2007 and has been such an amazing blessing to Jamie and me. We have enjoyed him so much, and we look forward to sharing the many memories we are making with each of you.
